Script Requests
Script requests are to be made over the phone with reception.
A $30 fee will be charged for scripts requested outside of appointments.
A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required to request prescriptions. The paediatricians do not work full time and your request may need to wait until the paediatrician is back in the practice.
Please ensure you have checked you no longer hold any repeats. Check with your pharmacist if unsure.
It is at your paediatrician’s discretion if they action the script request. Some families may require an appointment. Your paediatrician will advise if this is required.
Scripts are to be provided as eScripts wherever possible.
Letter & Report Requests
It is at your paediatrician’s discretion if they action your request for a letter/report to be organised outside of an appointment.
A minimum fee of $50 fee will be charged.
