Referrals

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, Ascot Vale Paediatrics will not be accepting any behavioural and developmental referrals for patients turning 16 years and older at this time, as we have reached patient capacity.

Please organise a referral to another paediatric practice or psychiatrist if required.

Behavioural and developmental referrals for patients under 16 years will be triaged for acceptance.

All general medical and referrals for babies under 12 months will be triaged, and if accepted, an appointment will be accommodated in a timely manner.

Our Nurse Practitioner, Sonia Nurse, may be able to support the care of some of your general medical patients. You can find more information on the page 'About us'.

Please send your referral to [email protected] or fax to 03 9125 7081.
